Have you ever dealt with Frank? Why does he have so many positives on his
Ebay ranking? The problem is very simple: People like to ride a band wagon --
without any reason. It's so easy to knock someone. It's so easy to ruin
someone's reputation. It takes forever to sometimes to set the record
straight.
And, there are people on this list who say a good business must advertize and
use specific hobby publications. Why? If a man wants to run a business the
way he wants then why shouldn't he. Just because a person uses Ebay as his
outlet is the vendors choice! Nothing more or less.
If not for Frank, there would not be the parts we are enjoying today. I have
seen in person the things people have tried to claim Frank did wrong... only
problem is the info is second or third hand. Years ago, when I was president
of the WPC Club, we had a member in Germany who claimed he didn't receive his
order. After contacting Frank for information (shipping date and method of
shipment) it was determined that it was lost. Frank just replaced the parts
without complaint.
I'll say it again, Frank has more of what we need than anyone else and gets
more for his parts than anyone else... So what! Frank started with nothing
but an idea and 30 years later has an incredible business. A business we all
need. So, don't knock it, use it!
