Had the same problem when I tried to use my 'history' to go there. Two things worked for me.
1- www.imperialclub.com worked where imperialclub.com gave me the not available message from last week. This is, I was told by Jeff Ingraham, due to the cache in my computer.
2- Going to tools, internet options, remove offline content made everything work. Note here that the first time things paint they will be slow until your cache gets rebuilt.
