57/58/59 hood padding question clarification

Clarification. (Some days I truly have conceptual problems with this little
old language we use, or try to.)

Was this padding a factory item for the Hemi equipped 57 & 58 Imperials? I
am confident all the 413 equipped cars had them, and noise abatement may be
the reason. The Hemi is a very quiet engine, really. Even mine.
(Actually, after last summer's endeavors, I am Extraordinarily Proud of this
fact, as if, now, I can take some measure of involvement in this fact.)

Hugh
