You need to find someone who has experience with these cars. By now, with
all the fiddling, it is going to take an expert to straighten it out. We
can put forth all kinds of guesses as to what the problem might be, but
without someone who knows these systems at the other end of the line, any
further parts changing is likely to only make the cure more involved.
What part of the country are you located in? Perhaps we can find someone
who will be willing to help you get it going.
