Even in modern cars, a rat with low miles isn't worth what a fine vehicle with high miles is worth. In fact, after a few years, a fine car with low miles isn't worth a whole lot more than a fine car with high miles. My wife's 2003 has 18,000 miles on it. It is only worth about 10% more than a car with normal miles on it. > Irrespective of the legality, which I agree with, is the car with 25K > miles on it necessairly worth much more than one with say 90K miles on > it.I know that I would be looking at the condition more than the > mileage. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "DR CHALLENGER" > To: mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: RE: IML: Q: What to do with a 25k motor > Date: Fri, 15 Dec 2006 16:44:36 +0000 > > > swapping the VIN plate to the other car is illegal. > > > > From: "Pavlik, Eric" > >> Hi everyone, > > I'm new to this and would like to ask a question.
