RE: IML: Q: What to do with a 25k motor



Irrespective of the legality, which I agree with, is the car with 25K miles on it necessairly worth much more than one with say 90K miles on it.
I know that I would be looking at the condition more than the mileage.

swapping the VIN plate to the other car is illegal.
