Believe it or not, I have replaced some power window motors where the Factory Service Manual advised to drill some holes. They even noted the correct drill bit size in order to do the job. That has not been the case with any of my Imperials, though. I think that the Factory Service Manual is the way to go on this. You will find it very handy for most other stuff, too. It also makes good reading when you have time, and don't want to go out and work in the garage. You can learn all kinds of stuff about your car, and cars in general, by reading that book. Paul W.
