For the steering wheel, probably black??, spray paint it with SEM plastic
and vinyl spray paint.  Spray several coats, very thin ones and the paint is
very thin and will run.  Comes in quite a few colors.  Works very well on
dash pads and on steering wheels.  Used it several times.
