IML: 1964 Imperial Convt

I just acquired my car in xlnt condition, but I need a couple of things to 
finish it in show condition.  I'm hoping one of you can help me.

I'm in need of the two top boot end pieces with the emblems and, if anyone 
knows a source, correct (or pretty close) black from floor mats.

My car is (royal ruby?) with a black interior.  The steering wheel is 
poerfect, however, it is a light green color and I want to repaint it.  Can 
anyone tell me the correct color that the wheel should be and if 
polyurethane paint is the way to go?
