The "0807" is the scheduled build date - August (08) 07, 1957

ITEM - 2573 : I believe, along with the "0807", forms what would later be
called the shipping order number.

The Trim is the interiior upholstery style -  do not have list of 1957
choices, though.

Model "285" decodes as :

2 - Price Class - Medium
8 - Series - Crown
5 - Body Style - 4-door sedan

1957 Imperials were built from September, 1956 through early September,
1957.
