Re: IML: 64 Ghia on eBay

I don't beleive the so called current photo is actually current either, but rather from the last time the car saw the light of day!  This car shows up on eBay about once a year.  The last time it showed up, I had a conversation with an IML member that was acquainted with the eccentric owner and had actually seen the car years ago, so it is lagitimate.  Apparently it resides in the back of a building behind countless other projects. Back then I commented that if he was really serious about selling the car, he would bother to make it accessable.  I also predicted it would continue to sit until it became one more thing for his heirs to dispose of.  My opinion hasn't changed!

'64 Ghia on eBay: no VIN, 1 (!) current and 1 old photo, lots of conditions, anonymous bidder(s), and link to another site for further information.

Caveat emptor!
