IML: 1967 Imp questions..

Couple questions..

First - I broke off a valve cover gasket bolt, any ideas on how to get the broken part out??

Second - Power windows do not work, well, one does and the vents, any thoughts on a way to fix this?  Are there after market motors?

Third - Uphostery, the interior of my car is a mess, been getting by with seat covers, but the back seat is impossible to find a seat cover for.. any ideas?
