Dave: If you right click over the drawings (or illustrations), you can save them as a .jpg file (or whatever format they're posted in). This can then be printed out on any printer for reference.
Or do you need something more detailed?. Use of a "Computer Aided Drawing" program would seem a bit excessive for your needs if I understand what you want.

This simple drawing indicates where the pleats & sections of fabric are joined etc ( plus there are many other illustrations of that nature.)
