:booster vacuum problems

Because also ther's a valve on the vacuum tank input hose. The vacuum 
could go from manifold to tank but the valve is closed in the other way. 
If not you'll not have some bellows movment after the engine is shut off 
and no "emergency" power brakes. If all is fine you could "pump" 3 or 4 
times with the tank vacuum.
