Statistics from the Imperial Registry

 What you have mentioned about the Imperial Registry really doesn't surprise
me. The reason for the lack of numbers probably has more to do with most
people on this list not knowing that the registry exists more then the
rarity of the cars. Perhaps if there was a direct link from the home page of
the website the statistics might improve.
 For example with the 54' Imperials there are no Custom Newports listed.
However I have encountered at least three other Newport owners, other then
myself, through the mailing list, althought not all are subscribing right
now. In spite of the fact that Kerry Pinkerton posted an extensive repair
saga on his former 54' Custom sedan, it is not listed either. I must confess
that I haven't registered my Imperial on that page either but that has more
to do with me not having the serial number on hand.
