Jason I assume your pinched for bucks and need to prioritize your repairs. Shocks are not that expensive but if your front end needs a lot of work and it sounds like it does, shocks will not help end your woes. It may improve some but fix the front end first before putting shocks in. That way you won't wear the shocks excessively. The last i would do is the exhaust. One can suffer with some noise if you have a smooth ride.
