which should i get fixed first

Jason

I assume your pinched for bucks and need to prioritize your repairs. Shocks are
not that expensive but if your front end needs a lot of work and it sounds like
it does, shocks will not help end your woes. It may improve some but fix the
front end first before putting shocks in. That way you won't wear the shocks
excessively. The last i would do is the exhaust. One can suffer with some noise
if you have a smooth ride.
