My guess would be that your heater core is leaking.  What you are seeing is
steam and the residue on the windshield is from the antifreeze.

Completely separate issue.  Your master cylinder is failing.  The rubber
seals are leaking allowing the brake fluid to leak back to the reservoir
without you releasing the pedal.  You should get this repaired before it
goes out completely in a panic stop situation leaving you sitting in the
back of a Honda.
