There is a difference in speakers for 64 & 65 Imperials. If you have an AM radio onl you have an oval speaker. If you have the Optional AM FM radio you have a round speaker. I know I have both! The 64 Imperials with AM FM used a Delco radio. The 65's used a Mopar radio. Both yeats had round speakers for AM FM & oval for AM. The speakers should be 4 ohm in both cases.
