This is an "airport car" - a style that was popular until the full-frame cars went away in the late 1970's. They have been replaced by full sized vans these days. Stageway, Armbruster (?), and others converted conventional 4-door cars, normally lower-end to this configuration. They took groups to hotels and so forth. They are scarce, but they are around. Careful, the 1974-75 Imperials have a large "waterfall" grille up front, and hidden headlights. That car is a more common Chrysler.
