Terry -- there's a shop here in Chattanooga that will clean (i.e. boil out in an acid bath) and seal gas tanks for around $85. Look around there in Tulsa for a dirty radiator shop with a crabby old guy behind the counter, and I bet you'll find a similar deal. ;o) Removing the tank from the car is really pretty easy. You'll want some spray on penetrating oil for the j-bolts. And you'll want to remove as much of the gas from the tank as you possibly can. Good luck!
