IML: Nice early 50s Imperial in San Antonio

I saw a nice two tone early 1950s Imperial in San Antonio today.  A very 
rare sighting indeed.  It had a bunch of people in it.  It was light blue 
over dark blue.  I did not check what state the car came from.
Anyone we know?
