Hi Don,Not sure if it's the same with Doug's, but my TTI headers are a pain with number 6, as well. I have to attack it from under the car. I turn the wheels to get the suspension out of the way, then reach up with a Snap-On (because it's longer than my other ones) 12-point box wrench, grabbing the plug backwards with the wrench (the body of the wrench is curved back toward the engine as opposed to away from it). Sometimes I nail it and other times I struggle!JimOn Monday, May 24, 2021 at 11:14:43 AM UTC-4 Donald Gallimore wrote:I've had the D-451 and 452 headers on my 440 powered 65 Belvedere. In both cases #6 plug is a real PITA to service due to access. Anyone devise a solution to that problem? Also, I'll add that the end of the Pitman arm and the steering arm just touch the header. Other than nicking the coating it's no issue even when turning the car.Akron DonDon Gallimore
