These gears are also on eBay for 65 + shipping. 

Ebay also has listings for just the cable insert if the outside jacket is still good. I did buy one of those NAPA old stock cables and it looks really good. It’s hard to find our cables with the correct transmission end, so I don’t think $120 was out of line.
