Re: front wheel hub from the brake drum removal?



That was pretty easy on my 62 Chrysler Newport I started by loosening
the brake drums by backing them off so that they won’t be fall out
position I then remove the dust cap at the center of the hub remove
the cotter pin and the cover and undid the bolts that held the
bearings on and hauled the drum to the hub once the nut is off which
was very easy to do the drum just kind of falls off the car you just
gently pull on it keep in mind it’s heavy you don’t wanted to hit the
ground and possibly break up but just pull it off nothing to it
