That about makes me cry.  I couldn't see well the pics you had on your phone.  I have been SO impressed with that car since I first saw pics -video of it's launch at St. Louis , several years ago.  Who would have thought that  there would be an oil spill at the high end of the run? ........................MO

I put a roll bar in my 12 second car over the winter just in case. Thinking about the tranny lines now after seeing that.

as steve mentioned in his 'mopars in the park' post, i had a bad day at the track last august.  i still have not performed RCA to determine what happened as i just moved the car from the trailer to my shop.  it seems something went wrong with the transmission (or transmission fittings) as there was transmission fluid on the track following the car.  
my advice to anyone racing: don't skimp on safety gear.  the good thing is that I walked away with only my pride (and wallet) hurt.  glad that I had on-track insurance.
doug j witnessed the crash so he can elaborate from the spectator perspective.  

i will report on what I find once RCA is complete.
