""a bit of a different tranny with a largish ( 5 inch) diameter plate at the back end with four or five holes that a drive shaft bolted to with cross and rollers in it."" To my memory it was also a bit of a different tranny with a largish ( 5 inch) diameter plate at the back end with four or five holes that a drive shaft bolted to with cross and rollers in it. I remember this specifically as I had these u joints replaced at a driveline shop. I pulled the driveline and took it to them both cars also used the funky mechanical linkage to cable fed valve body. On the coronet i specifically remember down on the column ( it was a column shift car) were typical mechanical arms coming out of column but instead of rods going to tranny, there were cables. neal On Thu, May 19, 2016 at 6:34 AM, Tony Richey <trcharger@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I dont know the answer but I have a 3 speed transmission for a slant but > its in southern indiana > > Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android > <https://overview.mail.yahoo.com/mobile/?.src=Android> > > On Wed, May 18, 2016 at 9:45 PM, neal zimmerman > <neal.zimmerman@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hi all, remember me.
