Poly Stroker Machine Work-1st Steps

I'm getting ready to get the machining done to my poly block and I'm a
little rusty on everything to do. If I remember correctly, I'll need
the following to get the block "ready for assembly"...

Hot tank/Degrease
Magnaflux
Bore & Hone to 3.950" (from 3.910" = .040")
Align Hone (do I need to do this??)
Clearance for 4" stroker crank (if needed)
Install New Cam Bearings

Am I missing anything?
