Since you want to keep the repair to bargain basement expenses, then just fix what is broken. Sounds like you need brake drums, wheel cylinders and shoes at minimum. Note that the hub is swedged to the drum and you'll need to save the old hubs as the new drums won't have the hub. There are some tips about this on the 62-65 Tech web page.
