Re: Question!

2c: Most times thinking of old cars as an investment is an invitation to disappointment. "Desirable" is a state of mind.
The Mopar will run circles around that Buick in terms of driveability. Resale? Who cares. Drive the Mopar and have fun. It is a hobby not a business.

Thanks,

It's hard to find parts for, and all that time and effort to get it looking right, it'll never be worth a lot or have a lot of people searching for it. The Buick I can definitely get a return on it seems if I ever decide to sell, and it'd be an easier sell. Hmmm I always liked the old old cars, seems like everything was so simple, especially under the dash lol it just needs little things like gauges repaired cause of the paper inside, sanded and painted, a chrome letter is missing on front, I'd def wanna get bumpers rechromed they aren't shiny enough LOL. My car is "cleaner" but I can't really do much more to it to make it desirable. The Buick has suicide doors too and is a split window which is cool. Def dress up as a gangster for halloween lol

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
