I think some of the confusion is that the "Mopar Performance Chassis Manual" published by Ma Mopar provided some measurements that listed perch and track measurements. The perch numbers are easy to measure but the track (the distance between the two tires) are not because it includes part of the tire track. The 62-70 B Body track number in that book was 59.2. Which, as Dave and others have pointed out, gives a false sense that 62-70 Bs 8.75 were equal width, which they are not.  

Okay, then. I have what I am almost certain (99%) is a 1966 Plymouth B body 8.75. I can measure it and take some pictures of the measurements and post them. Maybe we can eventually "grow" an accurate chart with the help of others here.
