to dark for me to make out anything,,,,,,,,but as your describing it, it
sounds low,,,,, not a dangerous low, and not unusual for a 40+ year old engine,
it will more than likely run for ever and not be harmed as long as it has some
pressure and only driven on the street, I would worry if it were constantly
being driven at 4500+ RPM
