Another option for them would to be replace the studs and nuts at their 
expense to all RH thread, that is if your not talking about a concourse correct 
car to start with,,,,,

    There should be no problem with your lug nuts 
    coming loose, the left handed nuts had proven to not be a necessity and have 
    long been omitted, but I would question the quality of the rest of the work 
    on the rear end if their quality control is as lax as it appears,,,,, 
    hopefully your not running mag type nuts, as I could for see problems down 
    the road with no one knowing which way to remove them,,,
