Welcome! Although the 62-65 forum is predominately B Bodies, there
are a few of us early A and C Body lovers here as well. I
personally have 3 65's - a Dart GT convertible, Dart wagon and
Barracuda. Am also a member of other Mopar forums - ForABodiesOnly;
SlantSix.org and others. I've always used the lower control arms out by the wheels to lift the front and by the front of the frame by the rear spring hangers to lift my A Bodies. I recently parted out a very rusty 65 Signet convertible and found running length-wise within the rocker panel a 1/4 inch or so steel stiffening beam! As rusty as this car was, it didn't flex when I jacked it up. I suspect your 'vert as well as my Dart has the same set-up. Don On 7/10/2011 12:33 AM, Walter Hodges wrote:
