Wayne: Clips on the body first, then attach the moldings. I like your paper idea, never thought of that. I used lots of grease so we could slide things around. It can be easily cleaned off with wax and silicone remover once the moldings are on. We had no problems with the occasional tap with a mallet here and there. Of course pressing with your gloved hands, bottom edge-then top edge, is the best way to go. Four hands, by the way!
