This interests me too Merwin. I am going to need a clutch-pressure plate too. But I am not ready yet for a high priced Centerforce. Back in the day, ALL the diaphram clutches would stick the clutch pedal to the floor. Not to good on the engine when power shifting! What worked was a three finger style like you tell about, but the trade off has heavy pedal pressure....................MO

Can someone suggest a good clutch kit, '65 Coronet, 383 4 speed? The current assembly is a Borg &Beck, or Long unit. It works OK, but the pressure needed to push it in is a mutha.....How are the sets that looks like a G.M. diaphragm set up? Are they as good as the original MoPar unit? Using the current one will give me a 'Terminator' left leg................Warren.[Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ----Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
