Obviously I mess with my Edelbrocks constantly. Always searching for the perfect set-up. I don't know much about Holley's but to me it seems as if the Eddy's are more adjustable and have myriads of ways to change them. They are very simple to figure out. It seems the Holley's only have a few adjustments available and then you have to live with it. But really it's just preference. I have a 3310 Holley that I want to tear apart and practice on. If I ever get a 4bl manifold I may even try it out. By the way, I think I have a darn good 90 degree set-up on my poly right now! It's running good!
