No box to hide, no additional wiring harness to run/hide. The
conversion from points to the Pertronix is a 15-20 minute job...and
that included finding the right tools in your messy toolbox!!!

I would love to know the answer to that...but all I've been able to do
when calling Pertronix is sit on hold.

I manually checked out the rest of the parts in the system and all the
other components area fine. Pertronix is the only part left and of
course it worked fine the next morning.

Is there a way to test the Pertronix Ignitor I unit you have before you
shell out for a replacement?

Thanks,

I'm going to go ahead and replace my Pertronix Ignitor I in the
Coronet, as I think that's the source of my recent problem, and I'm
trying to decide to replace it with the same unit, or step it up to
the II or III unit. Anyone have some additional insight they can
share? It looks like the III unit offers Multiple Spark Discharge.
Each unit is about $25 more than the previous model.
