Your $.02 is worth $100..Got a chrome guy in Texas that is super cheap. Earl Shibe(remember the $100 paint jobs) of the chrome business. Beautiful when it first returns. 2 years later....well? Example: did all the chrome on a 59 chevy El camino PU for $350...and thats ALOT of chrome. 8 months later looks good but you can see the flaws now. Hope you get the story.

My $.02... I think of the Bumper Boyz as the K-Mart of Chrome - they're cheap and quick, but the chrome is thin and soft. Like everything else inlife, you get what you pay for. I bought a pair last year for my Barracudajust to make her look better until I can afford to send the originals to Tri-City. They're at Carlisle every year. I sent them a none-too-pretty Coronet bumper and it came back straight and gorgeous. Shipped both ways no problem and they were reasonable. Turnaround was about 6 weeks as I recall. Tri-City Plating 218 E. They take your old ones, and send you anewly chromed set then take yours and refinish them for the next guy. Hesaid the cost was about $250 per plus shipping, and got the new ones in 1-2 weeks. I will go and find him again and get the information and post it here. He should be there again on Wednesday night.**************An Excellent Credit Score is 750.
