I was at a car show a few weeks ago where a guy sent his bumpers for his  
Buick out to a place in California.  They take your old ones, and send you  a 
newly chromed set then take yours and refinish them for the next guy.  He  
said the cost was about $250 per plus shipping, and got the new ones in 1-2  
weeks.  I will go and find him again and get the information and post it  
here.  He should be there again on Wednesday night.
