I'm not sure what's the problem? does the car stop good? does the pedal hit the floor?
I think you can get a longer shaft or an adjustable one. check the vender and tech
sections of the website for more info on disk brake conversions. Schuyler 62 Dodge Dart 440 wagon w/ Poly 318 <http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.org/ml-wrobel62.html>FYI - I Do the Decal designs for the Poly head 318 and more! email me with your needs -

Sorry to bother you all. My 65 c body big fury has discs and that's is good news since I drive the car here in los angeles almost everyday. It is a moving museum. My problem is somewhere along the line maybe my brake pedal was switched to an older or a manuel pedal...so I do not have enough shaft length on the booster. I have 2,5 inches of pedal at this point. If I cut the eye off the shaft at the pedal end how do I hook up a coupler or is that even the wrong approach? Im afraid I may have to rebuild the booster AGAIN w a longer shaft if there is no solution unless the 2.5 inches is enough.
