Hi Zack, I wonder if you can undo the axle nut a few turns and use an impact gun or something that will vibrate rapidly (I'm not sure if air air chisel without a bit would work) and while it is vibratinng, get behind the wheel and beat on it. I had the hubs off the axles of my wife's 64 Dodge with a puller and inpact gun but, since the studs are turning, you can't really connect a puller without deflating the tire and hooking a puller onto the rim.
