Hi Bill,
I think it was just cam, lifters, and pushrods. I did it to my Poly, but if I had to do it over again I would just keep the solid lifters. It's nothing to adjust them and it makes it sound like a poly.  You are going to have to adjust the rocker arms on the poly anyway since you won't find a "bolt and go" set of rocker arms.

I'm finally ready to start playing w/ the poly in my Coronet (Gary P -

Also, does anyone make a composite intake gasket for poly's? as
opposed to those hateful stamped metal crush gaskets?
