Sean, Go to the tech page on Gary's site: http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/techstuff.htmlScroll about 1/3 of the way down the page and click on Kevin Merkley's article on heater operation and on the 2 part article on rebuilding the heater switch and read what Don Vermillion wrote. That should help.

i took my dash out and removed the heater buttons for easier access. (they worked fine) when i put everything back in all went smoothly enough, till i went to use my heater, now the buttons are real stiff, to the point where sometimes you have to pull a little on the one depressed to allow the other to go in easier. i took it back out and didnt see anything that stood out as unordinary. any ideas?
