The 1963 Chrylser parts catalogue lists one hood for the 1963 Dodge.  As the
bracing was welded into place (you can see the four points where it was
attached to the main bracing) it would not take much for someone to remove
it.  And anyone into body work could make it appear there never was one
there.

As for the license plate frames, those were (are) dealer issued items.  If
you are lookng for one from a dealer no longer in existence, place want ads
in car club publications and websites.  And keep an eye out on eBay.  It is
amazing the stuff that gets put up for sale
