Wow!! I figured it out all by myself. Just turned the little wheel on the
trans. two holes clockwise. It works, and it shifts properly. Goes thru all
the gears. Right now I'm patting myself on the back. Thanks to all who
answered this email.....

Subject: shift buttons
Clear DayIt never stops. For some reason my drive button does not want to
engage. All the other buttons work fine, and the trans shift cable is
lined up properly. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on? It goes
in, but won't lock, so I don't have drive. I can get under the dash and
see the lever moving and the spring tightening up, but it won't
lock.HELP!!!!!
