Well I bolted it in and welded the end plates.  Since the connectors  don't 
touch the floors, I guess I'll try it and I can put some shims in and weld  it 
to the floor If I notice any body flex issues.  Now, how about adding a  plate 
where the pinion snubber hits?  Or is the factory sheet  metal strong enough. 
 It's a 450 hp automatic car w/P275 street tires  and will see about 20% 
track time.  Joe
