Hi Gary,That's what the guy at Imperial mentioned that the 65 trans was a one year only application and was the only year that had the rear slip yoke instead of the earlier style driveshaft. The case on the 65 trans has been cracked at one time and welded but it works just fine other than the mystery leak that I haven't been able to trace.

Also, the one-year-only 1965 big block transmission is a valuable piece, getting scarce. You can sell it as is and someone with a pushbutton Mopar can fully redo it, and be a happy camper. :) Gary H.
