I have a bone stock 66 HP 383 that has the single point set-up. I had a 66 Belvedere vert 4 speed back in the early 70's and that did have a dual point. Don't know if it was oem. It caused me so much grief that I replaced it with a single point distributor. I probably didn't know how to set the dual point up properly at the time. I checked my trusty 1967 Motor's Auto Repair Manual and found the following 1966 motors with dual points: 273 w/4bbl and the hemi. Same-same for the 1967's. The 65 273, 413 (Dodge only), and 426 were available with dual points. I have distributor numbers if you want to contact me about them.
