Use a Street hemi valve spring (TRW# VS 911), steel retainers with some moly pushrods and 6-Pac or MP HD rocker arms. It's an oldie but it has some quick ramps and will make more than enough power. Beware of the beehives especially with a heavy valvetrain. Stock HP springs are only good for about .470 lift. Most cams bigger than the MP.509 will have have clearance problems, especially if the block or heads are milled. The cam you mentioned will not clear without notches.
