I have always wondered why so few Mopars are set up with fuel injection?
I've seen the blue oval and bow tie boys using them for years at the car
shows. I've only seen a couple FI equipped older Mopars.
I've always been interested to try it and I'm finding this thread to be
an interesting read. I can only assume that if we hang in there long enough,
these parts will become much cheaper, (much like 50 mHz computers, which I
believe sold new for $5K + about 10 years ago). But, like many of you, I'm
still more comfortable tweaking on my good ol' Carter AFB!!!

Dave,

There are more and more of these coming on the market. When I was at
SEMA this year I saw several
of them. In fact I think Holly is making one for a BR Mopar. Not sure
about that, but I think I remember
talking to someone in their booth that said they were working on it. It
is for sure the way to go.

Earl

I'm working on my own EFI swap with a standard multiport sequential
system. I am not using Hilborn's though, I'm using a plain old
Offenhauser aluminum 4 bbl intake with a throttle body instead of a
carburetor. I hope to have it running and driving this winter and finish
the fine tuning by next summer. This is not an $8,000 investment, but I
am doing almost everything myself. It should come out under $4,000
easily, plus my time.
